Pete is a people-oriented attorney who was naturally drawn to family law after an extensive and diverse practice in business, real estate, estate planning, and general litigation. Clients quickly come to rely on Pete for sound, practical, timely, and sensitive advice for their unique family law questions. Always thorough but keeping the big picture in mind, Pete believes cases are problems that need to be resolved efficiently, either through the collaborative process, negotiation, mediation, or through trial.

Pete has been selected as a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). He is one of only 19 lawyers in the State of Oregon who are currently members of this prestigious organization.

Originally from the Boston, Massachusetts area, Pete has been living in Oregon since 1989. His spouse of over 30 years is a public school teacher, and his younger daughter is an honor student in college and his older daughter is a college graduate and working professionally. Pete enjoys travel, road trips, the outdoors, studying history and spending time with family and friends.
