Mike Fearl concentrates his practice on Domestic Relations Law. Mike represents clients in family law disputes both in the trial court and on appeal. He has developed a well deserved reputation as an above board yet tenacious advocate for his clients in divorce and custody issues. Outside of the traditional divorce law practice which also includes dissolutions of registered and common law domestic partnerships, Mike frequently serves as a child’s advocate in complex custodial matters. He keeps his litigation skills sharp representing insured clients in general litigation matters.
